Time Requirement for Partial/Full

Denture:
Set Up 3 Working Days
Finish 3 Working Days
Reline-Rebase-Repair 3 Working Days
Partial Denture 6 Working Days
Cast Denture frame Trail 4 Working Days

NOTE: Additional one day required for Pick and Drop extensive cases may require more time.

• 24 Hours Urgent Service (100 Extra Charges) First Confirm from Lab.
• Guarantee for one year only.
• Guarantee for fitting will be taken on working models only.
• For any repetition of work, charges will be 50 extra of the cost.
• Patient Lab visit charges Applicable.
• Alginate impression, section trays, plastic trays are not recommended for fix restorative work by lab.
• Laboratory will not entertained/modify any job which has been fixed into patient mouth temporarily or permanently.
• 50% Payment required at the time of starting the work, payments must be clear within One Week of Bill receiving.

Disinfect:
Please disinfect all Impressions, models and case components, place them in a sealed Plastic Bag and attach the order form.
